2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through clothing.pulperiaftv.es. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

These terms apply to consumers purchasing for personal use. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, different terms may apply — contact us before ordering.

3. Products

La Pulpería Clothing sells original-design apparel and accessories produced on demand using premium Stanley/Stella blank garments, fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Inkthreadable (Hyper Merch Limited, UK).

All products are printed individually upon receipt of your order. They are not held in stock. Product images, including mockups, are representative. Minor variations in colour or print placement may occur due to the nature of the printing process and differences between screen displays and physical garments. These variations do not constitute a defect.

All designs are original works owned by DELBUE CO, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any design without written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.

5. Ordering

To place an order:

Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout
Enter your delivery and payment details
Review your order summary including total price and shipping cost
Confirm your order by clicking the payment button

By confirming your order you enter into a binding purchase contract with us. You will receive an order confirmation by email within a short time of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder and contact us if the issue persists.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance.

Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation. Your order enters production only once payment has been successfully processed.

7. Production and fulfilment

Your order is transmitted to Inkthreadable for production and fulfilment. Each item is printed to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch. During peak periods this may be longer.

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch and do not include production time. They are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or managed by us.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
Notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by:

Using the withdrawal function available on this website, or
Sending a clear written statement to info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es, or
Using the model withdrawal form available in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days at the following address:

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

We will issue a full refund, including the original standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specific specifications. Standard products from our catalogue are not considered personalised and are therefore eligible for withdrawal.

10. Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es within 30 days of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the issue.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the defective item unless specifically requested.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

11. Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after payment confirmation. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es. We will do our best to stop production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been transmitted to our fulfilment partner. If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible and your right of withdrawal will apply instead once the item is delivered.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

This does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual property

All designs, images, and brand content on this website are the property of DELBUE CO, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA or are used under licence. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
