2.1 Orders and purchases
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. This data is necessary to fulfil your purchase and manage your customer relationship.

2.2 Customer account
If you create an account, we store your email address, encrypted password, and order history. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

2.3 Contact form
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message, solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are stored in our website database and deleted once the matter is resolved, and in any case no longer than 12 months after submission.

2.4 Email marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and name are transferred to and stored by MailerLite (see section 4). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is freely given and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

2.5 Analytics and marketing cookies
