1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains your options if something is wrong with your item, or if you simply change your mind.

There are two distinct situations — please read the one that applies to you.


2. Right of withdrawal — change of mind

Who this applies to

EU residents purchasing as consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from any distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

The 14-day window

The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order. If the period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

If we fail to inform you of your withdrawal right, the period extends automatically to 12 months from the date of delivery.

How to notify us

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in any of the following ways:

  • Online withdrawal function — use the withdrawal button available on this website (fastest)
  • Email — send a clear written statement to info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es
  • Model form — complete and send the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page

You do not need to justify your decision. A simple statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase is sufficient.

We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal request by email without delay.

Returning the item

Once you have notified us, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us at:

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging where possible

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in return transit.

Your refund

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will refund:

  • The full price of the item(s)
  • The original standard shipping cost you paid at checkout

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever comes first. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning — for example if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.

Exceptions — when withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specific requirements or clearly personalised. Our standard catalogue products are not personalised and are therefore fully eligible for withdrawal.


3. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

What counts as a fault

  • Item arrives with a print defect (smearing, fading, misalignment beyond reasonable tolerance)
  • Item arrives physically damaged
  • Wrong item or wrong size received compared to your order

Minor colour variation between screen mockups and the printed garment does not constitute a defect, as screen calibrations vary and the printing process involves inherent tolerances.

What to do

Contact us at info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the fault or incorrect item

We will assess your claim with our fulfilment partner. Where the fault is confirmed we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, dispatched as soon as possible
  • A full refund to your original payment method

You will not be asked to return defective items unless specifically requested. Return shipping for confirmed faulty items is covered by us.

This does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.


4. Items lost in transit

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@clothing.pulperiaftv.es with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and, where the loss is confirmed by the carrier, arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Items returned due to failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a collection point, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs will apply. If we do not receive a response within 14 days we reserve the right to treat the order as abandoned. No refund will be issued in this case for the original shipping cost.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. If payment was made by card via Stripe, your bank may take additional days to process the credit on their side.
